Shipping & Delivery Time
Every order is carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 6 and 10 business days depending on your location, with metro cities usually on the faster end and remote or rural areas sometimes taking a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Because many of our gifts are personalized or made to order, custom items can only be returned if they are faulty. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes across India, so you can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. COD eligibility is shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address; if it isn’t available for your pin code, you can still choose one of our prepaid payment options.
